I don't understand why people talk so much about diets and diet supplement reviews. A diet implies a short-term eating plan. If you want to lose weight, for good, you shouldn't go on a diet but you should make a permanent lifestyle change. For good. Diets are okay if you just want to drop a few pounds in the short term- say, for a wedding- but for the long term, you change your life.
