textbooks
When you go to college, and you buy your textbooks, they never warn you that you will be stuck with those books FOREVER! I have spent so long trying to sell textbooks, mostly old books leftover from my college days. Thing is, as soon as the semester is over, the books lose all their value. The publisher releases a new edition or the professor changes the class textbook, and the old textbook is completely useless.

Things must have changed. But when I went to college in the 80's one could sell their textbooks back to the college bookstore, if they bought them there for at least forty to fifty percent of what they paid for them.
Actually, I wish I had saved some of my textbooks for reference and plus they would look really neat on a bookshelf. So people could see how intelligent you are!
