parentage and paternity

I read a story this morning about a rapist who is requesting visitation for the baby he fathered during the attack. Quite unbelievable. My heart certainly goes out to the victim. I certainly hope that the courts will use the information from the court approved dna test to force the attacker to pay restitution and NOT allow him visitation with the child.
