We've seen massive recalls of pet foods and children's toys. The pet food was contaminated with melanine. Some of the toys were covered with lead paint. Other toys contained magnets that could be swallowed.

Well, here's one more: a story about a couple who bought some sidewalk chalk for their toddler daughter, and discovered that the sidewalk chalk created sparks. Where was it manufactured? Go figure - China.
