*mortgage refinancing*
As I’ve grown older, I’ve learned quite a bit more about finance, and among other things I am learning about mortgages. I don’t have one yet, but I’m hoping to get one soon! Mortgage refinancing, and even variable rate mortgages, can be an excellent way to keep your bills low. Mortgage refinance isn’t the solution for every problem, but it should definitely be a tool in your financial briefcase.

We did it once and it was nice to have the extra cash and pay off all our debts but then of course your paying off your mortgage longer. Which stinks. : )
