The holidays are upon us, which means we are entering a month or so of cookies, casseroles, and carbohydrates. For all of us out there who are trying to eat healthy food and live generally healthy lives, this time is a huge challenge for us! It’s so easy to abandon your diet and gorge on treats all day! Luckily we can watch out for each other, and we can read a Holiday Survival Guide to help us get through the holidays. So enjoy the holidays, and enjoy all your favorite holiday treats, but use self control and remember that all good things come in moderation.
