security for wall street

I have this theory. We need to create security systems for Wall Street. We need to create a system that will alert us before the market starts to go down. Imagine it... "Alert! Alert! Potential market collapse at 3pm! Do not sell your stocks at 3pm!" I'm not sure how much it would actually help prevent major falls in the market, but hey, at least it would be a lot of fun.
