*real estate*

We had a visitor in church last week from Arizona. It was pretty interesting, since one of the retirees from our church has been considering selling her home here in Missouri and buying a piece of Arizona real estate. Personally I’m not sure if it’s a great time to do so, or at least to sell her Missouri home. It seems that, lately, it has been a good time to buy real estate but a poor time to sell real estate.
