The real estate market has been such a roller coaster lately. It wasn’t long ago that investing in real estate, and real estate flipping, was a good investment. Nowadays, it’s a lot more risky. My neighbor tried to sell her house – a fantastic house in a great neighborhood, with a good school district and all that other good stuff – but with so little success that she took it off the market. Real estate just isn’t the investment that it used to be.
