fat burners

I've been exercising a lot more lately. I've tried a lot of different strategies for losing weight, but unfortunately (or fortunately?) all that effort has shown me one thing: the best fat burners are just diet and exercise, watching what you eat and moving a lot more. It would be so nice if there were an easier solution, but then again maybe it is good that there is not an easier way. The feeling after a workout is just an incredibly positive feeling. And, losing weight through hard work is an incredible reward.
