spike in hits

Who would've thunk it? Yesterday, somehow, a photo from my blog was connected with a popular image search on Google. The photo was one of the Eiffel Tower, and it came up as #3 on a Google Image search for "paris". I am amazed - and pleased - to say that I had 267 hits and 435 page views yesterday. The photo has now been reduced - I'm not sure where exactly it is now - but that was definitely quite a spike.

So that is some real incentive to keep working on my SEO!
