*anniversary gifts*

Anniversaries are such a strange time to pick out anniversary gifts. I guess there are some kind of traditional rules – I think the first anniversary is paper, or maybe that’s the fifth anniversary. Diamonds are in there somewhere – fifth or tenth, maybe? Twenty-fifth is silver and fiftieth is gold. But it’s so much nicer to get a gift that really means something. It’s so nice to pick out a gift for the couple that shows not only that you remembered their anniversary, but that you were thinking of them and chose a gift that you thought they would enjoy.
