One of the worst things about weight is how easy it is to gain and how hard it is to lose. It’s sad, in a way – people in our nation are so desperate to look good. But it’s also sad that obesity has become such an overwhelming epidemic that, combined with all the health problems it encompasses, it’s become the number one disorder in the United States – one of the most preventable disorders, and one of the most difficult to treat. If you’ve been struggling to lose weight, if every diet you’ve tried has failed, then consider obesity surgery. It just might save your life!

I hear Alli works well too. It is also the safest weight loss drug, as it's not absorbed so it doesn't interact with other meds. It also helps to decrease calories by 500-1000 cals per day, every day. Exercise is good too, but I'm holding out for the couch work-out option. Frankie and I would rather do that than .. move around. Much easier, ya know? j/k
