Yesterday, federal authorities in Seattle arrested a man whom they describe as the "king of spam". And I'm not talking about the canned meat here! He compromised millions of zombie computers to send millions more unsolicited emails.

Federal authorities say computer users across the web could notice a decrease in the amount of junk email.
