Arizona would probably be a pretty nice place to live. The winters would definitely be warmer. The summers may be hot, but as they say, it’s a dry heat. I’ve heard that the taxes is pretty good in that state, particularly for singles, childless couples, or older retired couples. There are lots of golf courses in Arizona, because I guess all the retirees really enjoy playing golf. You could live on a mountain, in a valley, or on a plain, all within the same state, which is pretty nice. I’m told there is a new community of scottsdale mountain homes being built. Those could be fantastic pieces of real estate!
